Pachymeningeal(硬脑膜)enhancementisseeninpostoperativepatients.Pia-arachnoid(软脑膜-蛛网膜)enhancementisnottypicalofbenignintracranialhypotension(低颅压),butmaybeseeninpost-operativepatients.
02DuralSinusThrombosis
Duralsinusthrombosismayberelatedtoanumberofpredisposing（发病诱因）factorsincludinginfection,tumor,trauma,dehydration（脱水）,pregnancy,oralcontraceptives（避孕药）,andhypercoagulable（高凝）states.Imagingfindingsincludedetectionofthrombusinthevenoussinus,venouscollateralflow,andvenousinfarction.Pachymeningealenhancementalongthetentorium（小脑幕）andfalx（大脑镰）isseenasevidenceofcollateralflow.
Thrombosisoftherightinternaljugularvein,andsigmoid,transverse;thethrombosisdemonstratesmarkeddiffusionrestriction.Therearediffusepachymeningealenhancement.
03Wegner’sGranulomatosis
Wegner’sGranulomatosisisamultisystemdiseasecharacterizedbynecrotizinggranuloma（坏死性肉芽肿）oftheupperandlowerrespiratorytracts,disseminatedvasculitis（播散性血管炎）,andglomerulonephritis（肾小球肾炎）.Centralnervousdiseaseoccursin20%ofpatients,withmononeuritismultiplex（多发性单神经炎）themost
